Most of our products are digital downloads — meaning you will not receive a physical item in the mail. Files will be delivered via:
- through your email or account immediately after purchase
- (for editable items) sent to your email within minutes of ordering
- 24 hours of purchase (especially for personalized or bundle listings with custom options)
Please double-check your email address before completing your purchase to ensure smooth delivery.
📬 Physical Products
Janie and Max Co. offers a selection of print-on-demand items such as shirts, mugs, and other physical goods. These products are made to order and fulfilled by our production partners.
Shipping times, costs, and tracking details will be clearly listed in each product description and provided during checkout. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been processed and shipped.
Please note that processing times may vary depending on the item and fulfillment location.
