What does Janie and Max Co. sell?

We offer printable party designs, coordinating décor, and print-on-demand goodies to help you celebrate life’s special moments with ease and style. From invitations to t-shirts, everything is made to match—and made with love!

Do your printables come customized with my information?

Many of our designs include editable fields so you can personalize them yourself after purchase. Some listings also offer customization services. Be sure to read the product description for details!

How will I receive my digital files?

After purchase, you’ll receive an email with a link to download your files instantly. Some editable items will direct you to an online platform called Corjl where you can customize before downloading.

Can I print your designs at home or do I need a professional printer?

You can absolutely print at home if you have a color printer and quality paper. For the best results (especially for events), we recommend using a professional printer like Prints of Love for vibrant colors and high-quality finishes.

Do you offer physical/shipped items or only digital downloads?

We offer both! Some listings are instant digital downloads while others are made-to-order physical items, printed and shipped directly to you. The listing description will let you know which type it is.

Printing & Usage

What paper should I use to print invitations or signs?

We recommend using heavyweight cardstock (100 lb or higher) for invitations and signage. Glossy paper works well for photo-heavy designs, while matte cardstock is great for writing on.

Can I use Prints of Love to print my items?

Yes! We’ve partnered with Prints of Love to make printing a breeze. Just upload your file and use code JANIEMAX10 to save 10% on your order.

Can I edit the designs myself?

Yes! Many of our products are editable through Corjl, which is an easy-to-use platform right in your browser. No software required!

What programs do I need to open or edit the files?

Most files can be opened with Adobe Reader (for PDFs), or edited via Corjl online. You don’t need any special design programs!

Do your products work with Canva, Corjl, or Templett?

Yes! Listings will specify which platform they use. If you're unsure, feel free to reach out before purchasing.

Shipping (for Print-on-Demand Items)

How long does shipping take for physical items?

Most of our print-on-demand products ship within 3–5 business days. Shipping times vary depending on your location and the item ordered.

Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, products are available to U.S. customers only.

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking information. You can also check your order status through your account.

What happens if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and your order number. We’ll make it right!

Orders & Customization

Do you offer custom designs or color changes?

In some cases, yes! Please reach out before purchasing to confirm availability and pricing for custom edits.

Can I request a matching item that’s not listed?

Absolutely! We love building coordinating sets. Send us a message with what you’re looking for and we’ll do our best to help.

Can I edit or cancel my order after purchase?

For digital downloads, all sales are final once the file is delivered. For physical items, please reach out ASAP—we’ll do our best to accommodate changes before the item is produced.

What if I made a typo in my personalization?

If your item hasn’t been printed yet, we can fix it! Please message us right away. Unfortunately, we can’t offer refunds or replacements for personalized items after production.

Policies

Do you offer refunds or exchanges?

Due to the nature of our products, digital items are non-refundable. Physical items may be eligible for returns within 30 days if unused and in original condition.

Can I get a refund on a digital product?

Digital items cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded. Please read the listing carefully before purchasing, and feel free to contact us with questions first!
